If you get employed by us, you will get a thorough introduction to your duties, the Danske Bank Group and the area that hired you during the first few weeks of your employment. This is done through a combination of e-learning, concrete tasks and a close dialogue with your new manager, among other things. The aim is to give you the best possible start to your new job and your future career with us.

Your new manager
As a new employee your most important sparring partner is your manager. This is true whether you are starting straight from college or have bags of experience. Prior to starting, your manager will have planned who you should meet during your introductory period, what you should focus on and how you can generally get off to a good start. You will get together on one of your first days at work to discuss the plan.
Follow-up meeting
After about eight weeks you and your manager have a follow-up meeting where you discuss how things have gone so far. You will get feedback from your manager and have the chance to explain how you feel about your duties, colleagues and your workplace in general. The follow-up meeting is also when your manager decides if your employment should continue after the trial period.
