Danske Bank Sweden is a challenger bank with clear ambitions. Our goal is to increase our market share to 10% in 2010. And we are well on track. One of the best examples of this success is that since 2001 – according to annual and impartial research by SKI (Swedish Quality Index) – the Bank has had the highest number of satisfied customers in Sweden.

Entrepreneurial environment and short decision chain
The basis of our growth is a development oriented, entrepreneurial environment characterised by flexibility, commitment and a short decision chain. This means that all 1,200 staff have the freedom to take responsibility – for customers, colleagues and, not least of all, for our common methods, work processes and routines. In other words, we make an active effort to ensure a culture in which every individual has room to make a difference.
We have 59 branches as well as four regional finance centres in Stockholm, Linköping, Göteborg and Malmö. In the finance centres we have put together a number of specialist units with expertise and skills in areas such as cash and asset management and financing.
