Group Business Development ensures that the Group continues to develop and increase its focus on sales and customers. One of our key goals at the moment is to implement the new business model – Danske Banking Concept – to all Group units. This means that we co-operate with all Group brands and support functions and that we nearly always take an international perspective on our work.
Together with the individual banks, we develop and fine-tune business strategies, bank products, distribution channels and sales tools. We also focus on concepts and ideas for new products, customer service, direct marketing and corporate social responsibility. The aim of Danske Banking Concept is to ensure the implementation of best practice solutions across the Group.
