Group Finance is the group-wide finance department of the Danske Bank Group. We coordinate and prepare the Group’s budgets and internal and external accounts. We assist with the Group’s tax position and monitor the performance of the different business areas and branded divisions. Ultimately, we are responsible for managing the Group’s risk based on a number of risk management models. In other words we overview the Group’s risk, financial performance and capital for all business areas and branded divisions: and we are responsible for communicating with investors and the authorities. We have 225 employees in the Copenhagen head office and around 120 in divisions abroad.
