The support unit provides back office and support services for the whole Group. The nature of this work is extremely diverse and varies from area to area. Typical jobs include dealing with customers on the phone, electronic transaction handling and casework; but running the canteen, mail distribution, cash transport, storage and many other functions are also handled by the support unit. This is why our job profiles are so varied. We have jobs ranging from cooks and office staff to chauffeurs and financial advisers. We are 2,500 staff in total divided into four main support areas.
