Are you our new Project Manager in Core Banking IT? We are looking for a Project Manager to assist our programme manager on Anti-Money Laundering, which is a large and high-profiled programme spanning all areas of Danske Bank. Your focus will be IT projects but may also include more business-oriented projects.
You will become part of Core Banking IT Compliance Programme Management Office, a small department that is responsible for running strategic programmes and managing the IT portfolio in close collaboration with Danske Bank's compliance function and business units. We have a strong community of experienced programme managers and project portfolio managers, working in an informal atmosphere and always in close collaboration with partners across Danske Bank.
Develop your stakeholder management skills
Your main responsibility will be to run the programme in close cooperation with the programme manager and other project managers across Danske Bank. You may get your own portfolio of projects or get more cross-organizational tasks supporting the programme.
You will assist the programme manager in follow-up and reporting with focus on commitment, progress, spend, business deliveries, delivery dates, dependencies, gates and changes to the portfolios. The position also involves a responsibility for reviews on projects and solutions with top management, giving you the opportunity to develop your stakeholder management skills and build a strong network across Danske Bank.
Open-minded and experienced project manager
You are an experienced project manager who would like to take up the challenge of co-leading a large strategic IT programme. You are persistent in getting answers to your questions and you are good in creating readable and understandable reports on the portfolios. You are open-minded and good at creating and maintaining stakeholder relationships. A good sense of humor will be considered an advantage.
Your professional background includes a master's degree in IT, engineering or management. You have passed an IPMA C or similar. Your experience has given you a good understanding of project management disciplines and a flair for spotting risk and changes early. You would like to add portfolio management disciplines to your tool box and learn more about the importance of dependencies in a portfolio.
