CR must be part of all our decisions and routines. We have therefore set up a Group CR Board that draws on the expertise of four of our staff functions and includes representatives of all our country units. In late 2009, we strengthened the Board by adding new members. The Board members are all members of the Group’s Executive Committee:
- Tonny T. Andersen (CFO, Chairman)
- Eva Hald (Head of Group Communications)
- Helle Havgaard (Head of Group HR)
- Thomas Borgen (Head of International Activities)
- Henrik Normann (Head of Danske Bank Denmark)
- Georg Schubiger (Head of Group Business & Product Development)
As an extension of the Group CR Board, each of the Danske Bank Group’s seven major country units has appointed a local executive to supervise the implementation of Group CR policies and strategies at the unit. At the operational level, corporate responsibility matters at the country units are managed by local CR co-ordinators, who work closely with the Group CR Secretariat.
The responsibility for developing the Group CR strategy, coordinating activities and reporting on the Group's achievements lies with the CR Secretariat, which is located in the Group head office in Copenhagen.
