CSR must be part of all our decisions and routines. We have therefore set up a Group CSR Board that draws on the expertise of four of our staff functions.
The Group CSR Board members are all members of the Group’s Executive Committee.
The responsibility of developing the Group CSR strategy, co-ordinating activities and reporting on the Group's achievements lies with the CSR Secretariat, which is located in the Group head office in Copenhagen.
In late 2007, national CSR boards were established in Norway, Sweden, Ireland and Northern Ireland to ensure that the Group CSR policy and action plans are implemented on a local basis in all business units. The Group CSR Board is responsible for the units in Denmark.
In 2008, national CSR boards will also be established in Finland and the Baltic states.
