Danica Pension deals with more than 500,000 enquiries a year. In 2007, it launched a number of initiatives to reduce waiting time.
In general, Danica Pension manages to keep customers' waiting time short. A delay can cause strain, however. Therefore, starting in 2007, Danica Pension has given DKr300 to customers who had to wait more than 20 working days to establish a pension. The compensation applies to both corporate agreements and retail agreements involving savings.
Danica Pension also aims to improve waiting time for claims processing. Its goal is to deal with the majority of enquiries within 10 working days. Waiting time is measured on an ongoing basis.
