Sussi Ørum Kjær, Personal Customer Adviser"Since I completed my training as a bank clerk in 2001, I have wanted to develop my skills. Competency development means that I have been assigned more responsibility and there is a lot more substance to my work.

"I have acquired skills and competencies in areas such as introductory sales, property finance and basic home finance. As an added benefit, my social network has grown as a result of the competency development programme because I have attended courses with colleagues from across the Group. At times, performing my daily duties and attending the competency development courses has been demanding – but it has been worth it."
