Danske Bank works closely with educational institutions in Denmark and internationally, and our competency assessment tools enable all employees to identify their training and educational needs. Whether the need is for advanced, specialist or management training, we will ensure, together with our employees, that their competencies always match our requirements and expectations.
We have established cooperation with the organisation Social Innovation House, where Danish employees in 2011 will participate in various innovation projects, which also contribute to develop their own competencies.
