Employee satisfactionEmployee satisfaction

Every year, the Group conducts a survey to register the satisfaction, motivation and loyalty of all its employees. The purpose of the survey, which is based on a European model known as the European Employee Index, is to identify the need for HR focus areas and activities in the coming years. When measurements do not live up to expectations, the local managers – supported by the HR functions – must initiate activities to improve the results.

Employee satisfaction survey 2007
The results of the 2007 annual employee survey were generally positive and at the same high level as in to 2006. The assessments of one's immediate superior and opportunities for professional and personal development made the largest contributions to to the positive result.

The areas where employee satisfaction stood below the Nordic sector average were Group image, general remuneration and working conditions.
