Knowledge sharingKnowledge sharing

Adjusting to a world with low CO2 emissions requires first of all a change in our thinking and our behaviour. As a large enterprise, the Danske Bank Group has the opportunity to collaborate with many other players in sharing knowledge about how to approach the challenges of climate change.

Knowledge is a central element in the Group's Corporate Responsibility policy, and we can use our contacts with employees, personal and corporate customers, and investors to disseminate knowledge that can benefit the work on climate change solutions.

The Group's first initiative, in early 2008, was a group-wide campaign focusing on how to save energy in the workplace and at home. In 2009, we will hold additional activities in an attempt to influence our employees' daily routines.

You can check this page in the future to see updates on how the Danske Bank Group helps to promote debate and spread knowledge on the climate and the environment.
