Health policyHealth policy

The Danske Bank Group wishes to provide a framework that gives employees the opportunity to choose a healthy lifestyle. In general, we believe that all staff members want to live a healthy life. However, opinions about the recipe for a healthy life and what is required differ from person to person. In various areas, we have therefore enabled the staff to make an effort if they find it necessary.

Health insurance
The staff at the Group's Danish units are covered by a joint health insurance programme from Danica Pension. In addition to the offers provided under the collective agreement, the Group provides an unlimited number of free psychotherapy sessions to employees.

Organic food
The canteens of the Group's Danish units use organic products to a large degree, and, in the Food Policy, they have set out guidelines for the preparation of healthy, low-fat food.

First aid
Through Falck, the Group provides the staff of its Danish units with the opportunity to register for first aid courses and thus to be able to react quickly in case of an accident.

Exercise
The Group supports sports associations that enhance the staff’s opportunities to improve their physical condition and reinforce social relations. The current sports associations of the Group enable the staff to practise basically all types of sports at all levels.
