The Danske Bank Group wishes to create a flexible framework that takes account of the individual needs of the staff members during the last years of their careers.

The Group's goal is to create a framework that motivates competent and committed senior staff members to remain with the Group until they reach the retirement age specified in the collective agreement or longer. We consider senior staff members a valuable resource and want to provide opportunities that meet the individual requirements of senior staff members until the time of retirement. At the same time, the opportunities should also meet the Group's requirements for committed efforts from competent and experienced staff.
The Group needs staff who have the desire and competencies to adapt on an ongoing basis to a changing environment and to meet the resulting challenges. Senior staff members have the same training and development opportunities as staff of other age groups so that they can maintain and develop the level of their competencies in relation to job requirements.
