For a country to have a competitive edge, it needs good cultural initiatives. Fokus Bank supports local initiatives because we want to contribute to the environment in which we operate culturally as well as socially at the national, regional and local levels. We support initiatives that promote science, culture and sports.
In these three focus areas, we aim to encourage activities and commitment across cultures, industries and regions.
The first year after the launch, Fokus Commitment (Fokus Engasjement) received 291 applications for more than NKr14m. Five regional juries distribute a total amount of NKr1.25m every year. The next deadline for applications is October 1.
