Directors receive a fixed fee and are not covered by the Group 's incentive programmes.
The fee is DKr 325,000 a year at present. The chairman receives a triple fee and the deputy chairmen receive a double fee.
Board committee membership is compensated by a fee of DKr 200,000.
No director may receive total remuneration of more than twice the directors' fee except for the chairman and deputy chairmen, who may receive up to four times the directors' fee.
