Directors receive a fixed fee and are not covered by the Group 's incentive programmes.

The fee is DKK 450,000 a year at present. The chairman receives a triple fee and the deputy chairmen receive a double fee.

Board committee membership is compensated by an annual fee of DKK 150,000, and committee chairs receive an additional fee of DKK 40,000.
