WhistleblowingWhistleblowing

As a part of good corporate governance, the Danske Bank Group gives employees the opportunity to be whistleblowers.

If an employee has any knowledge of irregularities, they must be reported. The Danske Bank Group has an interest in establishing and maintaining an environment that encourages the free flow of information. This also applies to the security of employees who report a suspicion and protection against retaliatory measures towards them.

Reports and questions that are received through the whistleblower system are treated confidentially, and are passed to the head of Internal Audit, the Group general counsel as well as the Board of Directors' audit committee.
