The Executive Board is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Group. It reports to the Board of Directors.

The Executive Board submits transactions of an unusual nature or special importance to the Board of Directors and performs duties within the specific framework set forth in the procedures of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.
