The main market on The Tallinn Stock Exchange settles on a T+3 basis, while a free or OTC market operates on a negotiable basis.

Against payment instructions: contractual settlement basis
Upon receipt of your settlement instructions, we will send you a MT 515 (contract note) or an automatic fax. This advice informs you that we are processing your instructions. You will not receive any settlement confirmation in the MT54n format, but you will see the transfer of securities and cash on the value date on the respective statements (MT535 and MT950).

Failing instructions or discrepancies
If, for one reason or another, we need your assistance with failing instructions or a discrepancy, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

A settlement account manager will be appointed for your accounts.

We will request you to sign our Settlement Agreement, which summarises the obligations of both parties.

Cut-off times
Our deadline for receipt of settlement instructions is:
09.00 am at S (CET) - in case counterpart uses Hansabank.
14.00 pm at S-1 (CET) - in case counteroart do not use Hansabank.

Tolerance level
A tolerance level of EUR 25 will apply.
