We are committed to giving our international corporate clients the highest possible level of service through our international relationship team based at our head office in Copenhagen, close to management and product experts. This team will act as your one point of entry. Our international relationship team is responsible for multinational groups and large corporate companies in Denmark. The team has generated a special expertise in advising large international groups through long experience servicing international clients with complex financial needs.

The relationship team is supported by our dedicated English speaking Middle Office and International Customer Support department, which manages payment enquires and payment requests, among other things.

We can also assign a local account manager in each of the countries where Danske Bank operates, if you prefer.


One point of entry to corporate banking

Product specialists
The product specialists – such as cash managers and treasury dealers – are responsible for servicing you in their respective fields of expertise. You will have direct access to their knowledge and services.

Customer service
Middle Office and International Customer Support – as well as our electronic banking Helpdesk – are available for solving daily issues and requests and can be contacted by phone or e-mail. Middle Office and International Customer Support handles issues regarding bank mandates, changes of authorisations, signatories and standard settlement instructions.

Danske Bank is able to offer support in various national languages and English.

If an issue cannot be solved the same day, we will always give an estimate of when we expect to return to you.
