For Business Online, Business eBanking and Markets Online to work satisfactorily, we recommend the following as minimum specifications for your PC and local network:

- All communication with the Bank takes place via the TCP/IP protocol.
- To communicate with Business Online, you have to open port 443.
- For file transfer to and from the bank, port 1414 must be open too.

Other requirements
Your PC must have Sun Java (minimum version 1.5.0) activated on your PC.
To be able to send and receive files in Business Online, the PC must have a C drive.
