These values act as guidelines and also act as quality parameters in our day-to-day work and in staff performance appraisals as well.
Core values – from words to action
Each brand in the Group must clearly identify and differentiate itself in its market and with its customers. Because this requires flexibility, the various companies in the Group apply the core values in different ways.
A common aspect across the entire Group, however, is that the manager of each area is responsible for ensuring that employees know and use the core values. Managers can call on the assistance of a core value project manager and the Group’s resource areas to implement the values.
