The Danske Bank Group seeks recent graduates for two development programmes under the name Danske Graduate. Both programmes start on September 1, 2010.
Many career opportunitiesDanske Graduate – Group Programme is a 12-month programme that offers candidates employment opportunities in Danske Bank Danmark, Realkredit Danmark, Nordania Leasing, Group Business & Product Development, Internal Audit or Group HR. Danske Graduate – Development & IT is a 21-month programme in the Group’s Shared Services Centre that offers candidates employment opportunities as IT developer, business developer or test manager.

“Many students prefer to start their career by enrolling in a graduate programme that allows them to try out a number of career paths. From experience, we know that graduates favour practical experience, a personal development plan and a strong network in the Group. Under a Danske Graduate programme, candidates will often get the opportunity to solve specific work assignments, and candidates will contribute actively and gain a lot of experience fast,” says Pia Andreasen, Senior Vice President at Group HR.
After completing the programme, candidates are offered permanent employment in the Danske Bank Group. Whatever the interests, Danske Bank offers the opportunities – from economics and finance to IT, business development and human resources.
