Business Analyst
for Development & Management Support
Recruitment Id:16603

We are looking for a new colleague to drive the cost ownership for a large range of vendors delivering services to Danske Bank and to ensure cost efficiency together with Group Procurement and business units. If you have deep financial knowledge and a proactive work style you might be our new Business Analyst in Development & Management Support in Workplace Services.

We are an ambitious and dedicated global team of currently 21 employees working out of Høje Taastrup, Vilnius and Linköping. Workplace Services works across all business units and functions in Danske Bank Group, with the overall ambition of providing a welcoming and outstanding experience for customers and an inspiring, productive and safe work environment for all staff.

Take ownership of cost management
It is essential that you have strong stakeholder management skills, as you in collaboration with business units will identify where to improve user experience and reduce cost. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvement areas in the processes and for making sure that we are in control as regards cost and budgets.

All of this is done with the overriding purpose of ensuring that we are as cost, workflow and operationally efficient as possible. You will be working with a range of tasks within the financial area like, control and approval of invoices, financial deep dives to support management, budget follow up, reporting and ad hoc tasks.

Analytic mindset and proactive workstyle
You bring to the position more than 3 years of experience from working with cost management. We expect you to have a relevant educational background, an analytical mind with a strategic ability and a deep understanding of numbers, expenses and budgets.

You are highly proactive in your work style, always take responsibility for your tasks and take great pride in your work. In the process of collaborating with key stakeholders, you are able to challenge both employees and managers on workflows and solutions to make certain that quality and deadlines are met at all times with respect to good stakeholder management and Danske Bank’s core values.

In addition, you need to be a hard working team player with the ability to work independently. You thrive in a dynamic environment, where you find motivation in both recurring tasks as well as potential ‘one-off’ tasks with tight deadlines.
