Danske Bank wants to become a more customer-centric, simple and efficient bank. To support that our HR organisation has just undergone a significant transformation to accelerate our support of our business’ objectives. We have torn apart the functional silos and are now working based on employee journeys, whilst continuing to tailor our support and solutions to our leaders’ specific needs. As part of our HR transformation, we have established an internal consulting unit that aims to deliver on an increasingly cross-functional people agenda, quickly.
Us, in HR Consulting
In HR Consulting, we focus 100% on the development of Danske Bank’s people agenda. We develop, drive and implement people development projects. We are consultants and project managers, and we always work in close collaboration with the business, to ensure that we create value and deliver real business impact. Examples of projects include Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning and Diversity & Inclusion.
We are currently eight team members with diverse backgrounds. And even though we are a newly established team, we build on extensive experiences from both within Danske Bank and from consulting firms. The working environment is informal and we are all empowered in our roles and dedicated to making a positive impact in the organisation. We constantly challenge ourselves to become better e.g. integrating new ways of working inspired by agile tools and methodology. And we never forget to have fun and laugh every day. Depending on your preference you could be located at our office in either Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo/Trondheim, Stockholm or Vilnius.
Are you our new colleague?
You hold an academic degree and have proven project management experience from working as a consultant. You know your consulting toolbox and have experience from working on a wide rage of assignments. Experience within process development, journey mapping, or agile methodology is an added advantage. Experience within HR is not a prerequisite.
As a person, you are good at structuring, coordinating and planning your projects to meet deadlines. You understand the value of, and seek collaboration in your work, and you are able to work with people at all levels. Most importantly, you are highly engaged in your work and have a passion for making a positive impact.
