Your development

Regardless of whether you join us as an advisor, IT developer, analyst or something else, you can expect us to focus on your development.

Once a year you and your manager will agree on a development plan that takes into account your wishes and needs.

But development is not something that you and your manager only discuss during your annual development meeting. It is something that you continue to address throughout the year.


  • Own university with an e-learning environment

  • Increasing levels of responsibility in day-to-day work

  • Approx. 1,500 staff change roles internally every year


Talent programme

If you are deemed to have special potential and have already performed exceptionally well, you may be selected for one of our talent programmes. We also offer a dedicated talent programme for specialists in a range of areas.​
