See if you are using File Transfer Classic
Click on 'Administration' in the top of the page. Below 'File Settings' -> 'Select file transfer option'. The selected option is highlighted in green. If 'File Transfer Light' is highlighted in green you do not need to do anything.
Update of Danske Bank File plug-in for File Transfer Classic as of 26.01.2016
In order to send and receive files, you must have the latest version of the plug-in installed on your system. The current Danske Bank File plug-in will expire soon, and as of 26.01.2016 you will be asked to install a new version when you try to send or receive a file in Business eBanking. An installation guide will guide you through the installation.
Do you log on to Business eBanking using a Citrix or Windows Terminal Server?
You can already now download and install the new version of Danske Bank File plug-in.
Most configurations of Citrix / Windows Terminal Server require that an administrator installs the plug-in for all users on the server. Please provide your server administration with the following link: https://www.danskebank.com/plugin.
