What is eArchive and how to access documents in eArchive?
eArchive is an electronic archive of selecte. You access eArchive via the Business Online menu. To read more about how to find the documents in eArchive, please see the Getting started document under ‘Other Information’. Receiving documents in eArchive is free of charge.
User’s access rights to documents
If your company has a Business Online administrator, you can assign the user’s access to the documents. You can also read more about the user rights required to access the documents.
Third party accounts
Your Business Online agreement may include third party accounts. We will send documents about these accounts to eArchive only. You will not be able to view other documents concerning these customers. If a third party account is deregistered from your Business Online agreement, you will no longer be able to access the related documents in eArchive.
