Google Chrome no longer supports plug-ins

What this means for Business Online users who use file transmission

Plug-in support is a requirement for File Transfer Classic, so if you use Google Chrome to send or receive files from Danske Bank and you use File Transfer Classic, you must decide whether you want to:

  • continue to use Chrome and switch to File Transfer Light or
  • switch to another browser that supports plug-ins

You can no longer use File Transfer Classic in Google Chrome, so you must switch to File Transfer Light if you want to continue exchanging files with Danske Bank in Business Online through the Chrome browser.

Features for File Transfer Light
  • does not require any installation
  • does not require Java or other plug-in
  • is supported by all new browsers without any customisation
  • you must browse for the files you want to upload each time you upload files
  • you can download only one file at a time
