Funding strategy

The Danske Bank Group has grown substantially since the 1980s as our international activities have expanded. Danske Bank now issues bonds and other debt instruments regularly on the international financial markets. The international capital markets, where we raise various types of subordinated debt, play an important role in the Group's capital management.
