- The A.P. Møller Mærsk Group and the A.P. Møller and Chastine Mc-Kinney Møller Foundation, Copenhagen (22.76%)
- Fonden Realdania (10.07%)

Danske Bank's percentage of free-float shares is estimated to be approx. 68%, since the A.P. Møller Mærsk Group and A.P. Møller and Chastine Mc-Kinney Møller Foundation, Copenhagen, and Fonden Realdania together own more than 32% of the share capital.
