  • The A.P. Møller Mærsk Group and the A.P. Møller and Chastine Mc-Kinney Møller Foundation, Copenhagen (22.27%)
  • Fonden Realdania (11.81%)



Free float
Free float is defined as the portion of the shares outstanding that is marketable and available for trading – that is, shares not held strategically as ownership shares.

Danske Bank's percentage of free-float shares is estimated to be 65% to 70%, since the A.P. Møller Mærsk Group and A.P. Møller and Chastine Mc-Kinney Møller Foundation, Copenhagen, and Fonden Realdania together own more than 30% of the share capital.
