The average daily trading volume of Danske Bank shares was DKr465m in first half of 2008, against a daily average of DKr763m in the first half of 2007. With a total trading volume of DKr56.8bn in the first half 2008, the Danske Bank share was the second most active traded share on the OMX in Copenhagen. Measured by market value Danske Bank was the fourth largest Danish listed company at the OMX in Copenhagen by the end of June 2008.

At the end of June 2008, the share capital totalled DKr6,988,042,760 and shares numbered 698,804,276. The number of shares outstanding at the end of June 2008 was 685,820,495 and the average number of shares outstanding was 685,673,665.

At the annual general meeting, each share is entitled to one vote.

Danske Bank shares are negotiable, and no special rights are attached to them.
No shareholder is obligated to redeem shares in full or in part.
Shares are issued as registered shares, but may be registered as issued to bearer.
