Current development projectsCurrent development projects

Development work is anchored in a development plan, based on the Group's overall strategy and business procedure. The current development plan is especially affected by the integration of Sampo Bank and a number of EU harmonisations, such as the new rules for capital cover, MiFID, and SEPA, which pave the way for a number of new possibilities in banking markets. Automation of processes and thus increased digitalisation and self-service are also among the focus areas of the Group's total development plan.

The plan is adjusted each quarter, so that it is, at all times, adapted to the Group's needs and market situation.
