Before filling in your application
It is worth reading the job description thoroughly so that you are clear about what you are applying for. Spend time considering why you want to apply and what makes you qualified. If you have any questions before applying you are welcome to contact the person mentioned in the job description
.
Clarify your motivation
On reading your application we naturally check to see whether you are qualified. We would therefore like to hear more about your experiences and you should give us some concrete examples of the kind of work you have been doing. We also place a lot of emphasis on the motivation behind your application. Why exactly are you applying for this vacancy? And what opportunities can you see in the job? Remember that your application should differentiate you from everyone else. But be careful not to over-sell yourself. It is always better to be subtle and honest.
Cv and attachments
When submitting your application, you have the option to attach two files:
- One file with your application and CV, and
- One file with supplementary documents such as exam certificates, references, etc.
The files need to be in Word or PDF format and should not exceed 10 MB in total.
We use your CV to get a quick snapshot of your experiences and educational background. If you are a student or have recently graduated, we would like to see your exam certificates. If you cannot send these online, then include all your marks/grades at the end of your CV and bring the certificates with you when attending an interview.
No job repository
We do not retain your application. You will only be assessed in relation to the job you actually applied for. If you receive a rejection, you are always welcome to apply for other jobs in the Group.
