Educational background
Most employees have an academic background within economics or finance at Bachelor, Masters or PhD level. Some have banking qualifications supplemented with a diploma in economics for example. Many have also supplemented their academic basis with an MBA, CFA or other types of executive education.

Most of our staff work as portfolio managers, analysts, relationship managers, dealers, communication specialists, project managers, system specialists and controllers.
Profiles that interest us
We recruit regularly and typically look for graduates with degrees in economics such as MA, BSc, MCom, or applicants with an education within banking and a solid investment background. We recruit recently qualified graduates for our graduate trainee programme as well as professionals with several years experience. We also recruit student workers for different support functions.
