My job allows me to work on many different projects. I'm involved in everything from cross-border project management to training, concept development and much more. I usually volunteer for the projects I work on. This is extremely motivating and makes me 100% committed. I'm currently working on an investment concept in Sweden, and the project comprises everything from IT development to marketing. I'm in charge of overall project management.

Switching jobs within the Danske Bank Group
An advantage of working in a large group is that there is room for professional and personal development. I was previously a senior personal customer adviser at Danske Bank. Thanks to my decision to continue my education while working, I was able to switch to a completely different role. This has given me a flexible profile – which suits me perfectly.
Unsolicited application led to interesting offer
Before joining Danske Bank I worked at another bank. I studied for the first part of my Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and one of my study group colleagues recommended that I move to the Danske Bank Group. I sent an unsolicited application and was invited to an interview. At the interview, we talked about the sort of job I could see myself doing. So they found a branch where I became a senior personal customer adviser. This process eventually led to my present job.
Danske Bank supports further education
When I signed up for the relatively expensive education programmes, Danske Bank footed the bill – not only in terms of the tuition fees and books, but also by allowing me time off to study and sit exams. I have recently begun studying for a Masters degree in cross-media communication. It is important for me because I have found that I develop myself at a professional as well as a personal level through further education.
