Small but large

With 1,100 employees our organisation is still small, but this means that every individual has plenty of opportunity to come up with new ideas unimpeded by hierarchy and lengthy decision-making processes. Fokus Bank has 1,100 employees. The Bank was established in 1987 following the merger of four regional banks, several of which had roots dating back to the nineteenth century. Fokus Bank has been a member of the Danske Bank Group since 1999.
