Fokus Bank is currently experiencing the highest growth rate on the Norwegian market. This growth is underpinned by our modern and dynamic culture, characterised by a desire to set ambitious targets – and not least of all the accompanying capability to achieve them. This has facilitated our ability to challenge some of the biggest players on the Norwegian market.
Small but large
Focus Bank combines the best of two worlds. With 1,100 employees our organisation is still small, but this means that every individual has plenty of opportunity to come up with new ideas unimpeded by hierarchy and lengthy decision-making processes. But by the same count, we also have the advantage of being part of a large, highly ambitious banking group with thousands of colleagues spread across many countries.

One of our focus areas is to create a strong culture for all employees - this goes for our 55 branches, our five finance centres and the head office in Trondheim. Our culture is based on the following core values: expertise, value creation, integrity, accessibility and commitment.
