Realkredit Danmark is the Danske Bank Group’s competency centre in mortgage financing of residential and commercial property and its specialist in the valuation of real property for residential, commercial and agricultural purposes. At Realkredit Danmark, we are about 275. Our head office is located in Lyngby, and our six valuation centres are located across Denmark.

Realkredit Danmark’s core business is to provide property financing secured on real property through the issue of mortgage credit bonds. We offer all types of mortgage finance products and our strategy is to position us as Denmark’s most customer-oriented and creative mortgage finance operator with a unique product range.
We are constantly creating new, innovative and market-oriented home-financing solutions, and we are often the first to introduce new types of loans, for example the variable rate loans RenteDyk®, FlexLån® and FlexGaranti®. Our home-financing solutions are distributed primarily through our own unit that caters to large corporate customers and through Danske Bank’s branch network, finance centres and agricultural centres in Denmark.
