One of the best examples of this success is that since 2001 – according to annual and impartial research by SKI (Swedish Quality Index) – the Bank has had the highest number of satisfied customers in Sweden.

This means that all 1,200 staff have the freedom to take responsibility – for customers, colleagues and, not least of all, for our common methods, work processes and routines. We have 59 branches as well as four regional finance centres in Stockholm, Linköping, Göteborg and Malmö. In the finance centres we have put together a number of specialist units with expertise and skills in areas such as cash and asset management and financing.
