ProgrammeProgramme

As part of Graduate Programme - it development you get a 21 month development programme where you develop through a mixture of practical assignments and internal training.

You begin with a three-month introduction consisting of courses, e-learning and practical assignments. During your introduction you are also assigned a mentor. Your mentor provides you with personal guidance on professional as well as personal challenges in the job and the Group.

Your introduction is followed by two nine-month periods where you are assigned to projects in two different areas. You work on equal footing with your more experienced colleagues in the areas. During these periods you also participate in courses to ensure your professional and personal development.

Your future career
The programme gives you the best possible start on your future career. When the 21 months are coming to a close, you and an HR partner plan your future career in the Group. The opportunities are significant and waiting for you to take them.
