Professional expertise
Professional skills and expertise depend, of course, on the nature of each job. However, a common requirement is that we can all speak good English. Some job profiles require you to speak several languages. An account manager’s job, for example, requires that you also speak – apart from English – one of the languages used in the Group’s retail markets. And certain specialist positions require you to speak French or German to enable you to contact the local authorities, partner organisations, etc.

Personal skills
In terms of personal skills we also place particular emphasis on commitment, flexibility and a winner mentality. It is also important that you are an enthusiastic team player who values humour – even on hectic days.
