Employees in Danske Bank International have many different nationalities and this helps to create an internationally vibrant environment. We have high ambitions when it comes to running and developing the business. For this reason we attach great importance to the Group’s core values – not least to those of expertise and commitment. Our main language is English, but as a general rule we service clients in their native language. This means, for example, that we have Swedish speaking account managers employed as advisers to our Swedish clients, and so on.

Open management style
With an open and transparent management style there is considerable freedom and scope to take decisions and turn ideas into something real. In short, there is always room for a good idea. One of management’s primary tasks is to create the best possible staff framework and motivate everyone to make use of their potential to the fullest extent. At the same time, management focuses on the actual person behind the staff function and motivates the individual be flexible in terms of job content and working hours.

Our target group is, primarily, wealthy private clients who live abroad.
