I’m currently working on a benchmark survey that measures internal communications. The survey will be rolled out in all the Group’s brands, so it is an extensive project. The aim is to learn what works well, and what could work better, and through this discover actual ways to improve our internal communications.

High professional level and quality consciousness
The best thing about my job is that my workplace has an extremely high professional level. I value being part of a highly-skilled environment where I can work with colleagues who are really good at what they do. The Group’s employees really go that extra mile to find the best solutions, even though it can sometimes take a bit longer. It is important to me that I do projects I think are worthwhile and have the necessary resources to develop solutions in the right way.
Must have a practical use
I also like working “outside” at the Group’s different brands. I feel strongly that the projects I work on must have a practical use and be relevant to those I am doing them for. Because I work hands-on with our different brands, I feel that I work on projects that have a direct relevance to our business.
More laid-back than “tie and collar”
I applied for my first job at Danske Bank for one reason: the job advertisement. It described a job I really wanted to do. But before I started, I wasn’t sure how well I would fit in in the “tie and collar” environment I had imagined was here. However, during my interview I got an idea of how laid-back the workplace actually is. It is a lot more flexible than I thought and there is plenty of room for employees who have different needs. Employees are also treated decently. Out of all the companies I have worked for, this is where I have experienced the fairest treatment.
