Our employee profiles reflect the fact that we are a finance department of many talents. We recruit employees with a wide range of qualifications including holders of postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in business administration and auditing, mathematics, economics and accountancy, as well as bank trained applicants and business school graduates with BSc, BCom or MBA qualifications. In view of the increasingly complex nature of our tasks we will in future be recruiting more academics.

You might be forgiven for thinking that our staff are stuffed with numbers. But our role of supporting and challenging our business areas and branded divisions means that we place more emphasis on analytical skills and learning capacity, an enquiring mind, a high energy level, independence and the ability to ask questions, social intelligence and the faculty for abstraction.
