The responsibility for the Group's HR concepts, methods and policies as well as internal and external communication is located in Group HR & Communications in order to be able to take an integrated and targeted approach to the communicating organisation. In an international Group with 24,000 employees in thirteen countries, one of our priorities is to ensure an interplay between communication and the everyday reality faced by our customers, employees, partners and other stakeholders. Our employees are central when it comes to communicating our values, professional renewal as well as competence and talent development - put briefly, our employers are the cornerstone of our work to strengthen our image.
Group HR & Communications has approximately 120 employees. The unit is located in the centre of Copenhagen.
Group HR
Group HR is responsible for the Group’s HR concepts, methods and policies. This means that we develop group-wide strategies and concepts, which we help the Group’s brands and resource areas to implement. In order to fulfil this task we have built up one of Denmark’s largest HR development organisations, which has major international ambitions.
Group Communications
Group Communications has overall responsibility for the Group’s internal and external communication – offline and online – and must ensure that a uniform image of the Group is presented. This happens through the development of group-wide strategies, policies, tools, guidelines and concepts, which the individual brands and resource areas are subsequently responsible for implementing and executing. In some situations our role is primarily to challenge, in others it is more consultative – but we are always accountable in terms of results.
