In Group HR & Communicaitons we work based on the idea that you should do what you are best at. This means that everybody has a series of basic roles that are adapted to the individual's skills and competences. The remaining time is for project participation, independent initiatives and new ideas.

Overview and sparring
Since Group HR & Communications has overall responsibility for our internal and external communication and HR issues, we have contacts across the Group, in Denmark and abroad. This requires good cooperation skills to make sure that projects stay on track. But one of our most important roles is to be a good and competent sparring partner.

Team spirit and commitment
HR and communication have for many years been high on the Group’s strategic agenda. We have achieved significant results on several fronts. But we are also facing major changes and challenges, not least because of the increasing internationalisation in the Group. In the future we must continue to work strategically and be forward looking so that our staff, concepts and tools can consistently match the Group’s business requirements.
