Group Operations is divided into the following areas:
- Transaction Services – which performs all transactions in connection with funds transfer, foreign exchange and investments both for Danish and international units. The department’s remit also includes business support and Trade Finance.
- Retail & Logistic Services – which supports our branch network with transactions and documentation work relating to mortgage, pensions and debt recovery. The responsibilities also include purchasing, cash management and transportation as well as facility management (concept development, building project management etc.).
- HR Service – whose responsibilities include salary, pension and HR administration for all employees.
Partners
We work closely with many partners – both internally and externally. We service the whole Danske Bank Group from local branches to the Group’s head office. As the Group has become increasingly international, so have our partners and work assignments.
