Many possible career paths
Regardless of your background, a job in Internal Audit presents many opportunities. It is certainly not a case of you being launched on a particular career path that only leads in one direction.
Many of our employees prefer to develop their skills as audit specialists, either in the team that they originally joined or in another team in the department. We also expatriate employees to one of the Group’s audit offices outside Denmark. There are also plenty of opportunities if you prefer to continue your career in the Group somewhere other than Internal Audit. We have many colleagues that have moved on to departments such as controlling, compliance or risk management.
