The Audit Department is responsible for financial and operational auditing of the whole Group, spanning its complete range of brands and sectors. We aim to be a constructive sparring partner on almost all organisational levels. This means that we constantly have to be at the cutting edge of new initiatives – both within the Group and externally in relation to legislation and regulations laid down by authorities and other organisations. It also means that we continually focus on developing our strengths, methodologies and tools to enable us to deal with different problems and challenges.
Good balance between career and time off
The nature of our work requires employees to have a high degree of specialisation. So, if you are pinning your hopes on working within the entire auditing spectrum, then you would probably be better off working for a smaller company. On the other hand it is important that your understanding reaches further than your specialist area. No matter where you end up working in the Audit Department you must be prepared to have a close and instructive partnership with your colleagues in the rest of the department.

We place great emphasis on development and renewal. But we also have flexible working conditions that ensure a good balance between career and time off.
